Become a Vendor at Central Alabama PrideFest 2025

Thank you for your interest in joining the Vendor Village at PrideFest 2025! Due to the overwhelming success of last year’s event, we are introducing an application process for vendor sign-ups.

 

To apply for a vendor space, please complete the application linked below. Our team will review submissions and contact approved vendors at the beginning of April.

 

Why Join the Vendor Village?
Central Alabama PrideFest offers diverse vendor opportunities, welcoming businesses of all types and sizes. In 2024, our Vendor Village featured over 250 vendors, including national brands, local artisans, and non-profit/service organizations, making it a vibrant and engaging marketplace.

 

Important Notes:

• Food Vendors: If you’re interested in joining as a food vendor, please email us at info@centralalabamapride.org for separate registration details.

• What’s Included: Vendor spaces do not include tables, tents, or chairs.

 

Vendor Space Options:

• Standard Space: A 10 x 10 space ideal for small businesses, artisans, or organizations looking for a presence at PrideFest.

• Oversized Space: A 10 x 20 space, perfect for businesses needing extra room for larger displays or additional setup.
